What Do You Think About ISTPs? [Opinion]
October 25, 2024What Do You Think About ISTPs?
THE ANALYSTS
Amel Chopra (INTP)
ISTPs
are like the cool, confident, and chill type of guys. They have a cool vibe and
just flow through life with ease. They have a naturally independent vibe and
don't mind being alone a lot of the time. As an INTP, I really admire that
independent vibe that ISTPs have. It's something that I have to consciously try
to be as an introvert, especially as a female INTP who is also an avid gamer.
It can be tough being a woman in the gaming community.
Ruel Deandra (ISTP)
Well,
I think ISTPs are pretty cool, if not a bit quiet and reserved. They don't seem
to be all that into social interaction and prefer to spend their time with just
a small handful of people. Their bluntness can be off-putting sometimes, but I
respect their ability to think logically and objectively, without letting their
emotions cloud their judgment.
Tobias Ronan (INTJ)
ISTPs
are one of those rare types that don't get enough credit. They have the ability
to grasp and analyze technical concepts with ease, making them invaluable
members of any team. Their pragmatic approach to life may come across as cold
or insensitive, but they are usually well-liked once people take the time to
get to know them. Some may say they have a stoic personality, but I assure you,
they are far from being emotionless. I consider them quite an underrated type.
Vivia Xanthe (ENTJ)
Hm...
ISTPs, eh? Tough, reserved individuals who prefer to do their own thing more
often than not. They possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong
analytical mind, but they can also be quite stubborn and set in their ways.
Some can be quite friendly once you get to know them, though some may never
open up to you.
THE EXPLORERS
Jewel Kimberlite (ISFP)
I
think ISTPs are pretty cool people. They're usually a little more reserved and
introverted than I am, but we both have a similar sense of humor. I also admire
how they can be so mechanically minded, since that's not always my strong suit.
Overall, I'd say ISTPs are a pretty cool type.
Kael Elliot (ESTP)
ISTPs are cool, man! I admire their ability to take things
apart and put them back together, as well as their practical approach to life.
Their mechanical and engineering skills are second to none, and their
independent streak is totally relatable. I really respect the way they go about
things in their own way without being influenced by social conventions or the
opinions of others.
Leo Maverick (ISTP)
ISTPs
are amazing and can accomplish anything that they set their minds to. ISTP's are known for being independent
thinkers, with a deep passion for their pursuits, and a drive to achieve things
their own way. They're known to be very action oriented, and don't overthink
things too much, they just go for it. As an ISTP myself, I can really connect
with their vibe, and admire their courage and determination.
Raquel Dozier (ESFP)
You
know, I’ve met a few ISTPs in my life, and I’ve always found them to be really
interesting people. They have a certain depth, and a grounded way of thinking
that can be very refreshing. I think they can be pretty great, once you get to
know them. Though, it sometimes takes a little effort to penetrate their stoic
exterior.
THE SENTINELS
Hiro Kaneda (ESFJ)
I
believe there are many qualities about ISTPs that we can learn from. Their keen
analytical abilities allow them to find creative solutions to even the most
complicated of problems. They often possess a calm, composed demeanor, which
can be a calming presence in difficult situations. Additionally, they can often
be independent thinkers who approach life from a rationalist angle. In conclusion,
I appreciate the traits that ISTPs possess and consider them to be valuable
members of any group.
Kamila Hadise (ESTJ)
ISTPs
are definitely interesting...they have a unique blend of analytical thinking
and hands-on, practical skills that can come in handy when trying to solve a
case. They also tend to be very objective and straightforward, which I
appreciate. However, they can occasionally come off as aloof or unemotional,
which can be challenging to deal with in my line of work where empathy is
important. Ultimately, I'd say ISTPs are a mixed bag and require some patience
and understanding, but can be extremely useful when properly harnessed.
Minki Jo (ISTJ)
ISTPs?
Ah, one of the many sensors. I don't really interact with them that much to
have an opinion, but they can be quite fascinating in their own ways. Their way
of living is more spontaneous and adaptable than a typical Si user... they are
a bit too headstrong and independent for my liking at times, though.
Ryana Suzumi (ISFJ)
ISTPs
are generally quiet and reserved, often preferring to keep their thoughts and
opinions to themselves. This makes them an interesting and challenging type to
work with in therapy, as we often have to coax them open like a clam, slowly
but persistently. However, when they do begin to open up, their insights and
perspectives can be quite insightful and enlightening.
THE DIPLOMATS
Julius Camden (ENFJ)
ISTPs
are certainly a unique type. They're very down to earth and practical, and I
admire their ability to see things logically and objectively. They also tend to
be independent and self-sufficient, with a strong sense of autonomy. However, I
find that they can sometimes be a bit too blunt and straight-forward for my
taste, but overall, I really like them!
Lena Orlin (ENFP)
Oof...
well, I've met some pretty cool ISTPs, but they usually have a pretty stern
demeanor and don't always seem up for having fun. They're very logical and can
be a little too blunt for my taste. I just can't imagine dating one, you know?
They're just too serious for me.
Misty Powell (ISTP)
Well,
I find them to be a bit intimidating, to be honest. ISTPs have such a strong
and imposing presence that can be difficult to get close to at first glance.
However, once you get to know them, they're actually really sweet and
surprisingly sensitive. They might be a bit brusque and straightforward, but
they also have a lot of heart.
Nicholas Calliope (INFJ)
I
think ISTPs have a lot of great qualities. They're very pragmatic and skilled
at navigating the physical world. They also tend to be independent thinkers
with creative problem-solving skills. I also admire their capacity to live in
the present and be comfortable with change. I think these are all qualities
that make them great companions when exploring new places and experiences.
