What Do You Think About ESTJs?
August 23, 2024What Do You Think About ESTJ?
THE ANALYSTS
Amel Chopra (INTP)
ESTJs
can be pretty intense and demanding. They're a Type-A personality that likes to
be in control of everything. It can be hard to keep up with their energy and
strict schedules. They can be bossy and rigid, which can be intimidating for us
INTPs. But ESTJs also have their good side, though! They have excellent
organizational skills and can be very supportive and helpful. They're great at
managing people and tasks, which can be handy when we need someone to tell us
what to do lol
Ruel Katou (ENTP)
ESTJ?
Pfft. More like Extrovert Suck The Joy!
ESTJs
are often viewed as overly serious, pragmatic and demanding individuals.
However, despite the common stereotypes, they still possess a keen sense of
logic and reasoning, which allows them to make sound decisions. While they may
appear to be focused on following the rules and structure, they also have an
innovative and flexible mindset that helps them adjust to the changing
environment, allowing them to achieve their goals. So I'd say they are
hardworking and driven individuals with strong leadership potential.
Tobias Ronan (INTJ)
ESTJs, eh? What can I say? They can be a tad stubborn and
set in their ways at times, but overall, I can't help but admire their
disciplined and no-nonsense approach to life. Their tendency to follow the
rules might seem a bit rigid, but that's just their way of ensuring the task
gets done right. And when it comes down to it, I can always count on an ESTJ to
pull through in a pinch.

ESTJs?
Don't you even get me started. The ones I've met are about as useful as a
screen door on a submarine—or worse, a fly who lands on your food right before
you're about to take a big bite. They like to pretend they know everything, but
deep down, they're just insecure little control freaks with no real substance
beyond their rigid, inflexible rules. And let's not even get into their
tendency to micromanage everything, never once considering how other people may
feel about it.
THE EXPLORERS
Jewel Kimberlite (ISFP)
Well,
as an ISFP, I tend to get along with ESTJs. But I must admit, there are times
when the ESTJ's bossy manner can really annoy me. Despite that, I find that
ESTJs can be quite organized and methodical, which is something I admire. I
also appreciate their straightforwardness and honesty, which are
characteristics that I value. When it comes to getting along with them, it's
all about finding a balance between our strengths and weaknesses. I think ESTJs
can appreciate my calm, easy-going nature, while I can appreciate their ability
to take charge and get things done. Overall, I think the key to getting along
with ESTJs is about respect and understanding.
Kael Elliot (ESTP)
They're
the fun police! They're such rule followers that they forget how to enjoy life.
Everything has to be done by the book, and there is no room for spontaneity or
creativity. They just want to play it safe, and it's soo boring. They're the
most organized, structured and efficient types, but they tend to struggle with
flexibility and improvisation. They like to have everything planned out and
organized, but life doesn't always work that way. Life is too short to be stuck
following the same old rules.
Leo Maverick (ISTP)
ESTJs
are serious, no-nonsense types who are all about rules, routine, and tradition.
They tend to be very organized and driven, but can also come across as rigid
and controlling. In general, they are very focused on achieving their goals and
getting things done, often at the expense of creativity and spontaneity.
However, they can also be very logical and practical, making them effective
leaders who people can rely on. If the world was made up of only ESTJs, it
would be predictable and efficient, but very boring and inflexible.
Raquel Dozier (ESFP)
I
have a lot of respect for the ESTJ personality type. They are known for being
very responsible, organized, and dedicated to their work, and I admire those
qualities in a person. I know that ESTJs can sometimes come across as a little
bit too harsh or rigid, but I also believe that behind their strong exterior is
a lot of passion and drive to do good in this world. So I guess what I'm trying
to say is, I respect them and their work ethic, but I don't vibe with their
energy y'know.
THE SENTINELS
Hiro Kaneda (ESFJ)
Oh,
the ESTJ! They can be a bit intimidating with their rigid and structured
nature, but when you get passed that, you find that they're pretty cool people.
They're all about efficiency and getting things done, so they're always on
their game and never afraid to take charge. Once you get to know them, they're
actually pretty fun to hang out with!
Kamila Hadise (ESTJ)
Well,
I'm not one to toot my own horn, but as an ESTJ myself, I would say we're pretty
great. We're organized, reliable, and get things done. We're also very logical
and efficient. So yeah, I'd say ESTJs are pretty darn awesome. :)
Minki Jo (ISTJ)
Oh,
I am personally very fond of ESTJs. They are always very organized, logical and
practical in their views and tend to always stick to established rules and
regulations to ensure that things go as it should be. Though, they are often a
bit harsh with their words, I find them to be incredibly reliable.
Ryana Suzumi (ISFJ)
Hmmm...
I'd say that on the surface, the ESTJ personality type comes across as
intimidating or even controlling at times. However, deeper underneath that
tough exterior, I believe that ESTJs have a more vulnerable and sensitive side.
When healthy, this type is capable of showing great empathy and understanding,
albeit in their own way. They also tend to be very hardworking and dedicated
individuals, often aiming for success and striving for goals they have set for
themselves.
THE DIPLOMATS
Julius Camden (ENFJ)
Hmmm...
well, it depends. They can be very disciplined and hardworking, which I admire.
But at the same time, they can also be very uptight and rigid, which I find
quite boring. I suppose they are not that bad as long as they are not too
focused on controlling others and don't take themselves too seriously.
Lena Orlin (ENFP)
I
guess you could say that I have a complicated relationship with ESTJs. On one
hand, I respect them for their ambition and their ability to get things done.
They're very organized and disciplined, which I can admire. But on the other
hand, their rigid rules and expectations can be really annoying. They seem to
always be trying to control me, which I don't like at all. In the end, I try to
get along with them because we're all on the same team.
Misty Powell (INFP)
ESTJs
are quite a puzzle to me! On one hand, they can come off as a bit intimidating
at first due to their directness and confidence. However, underneath that
steely exterior lies a soft and sensitive side that just wants to be
appreciated for who they are. Once you get to know an ESTJ, you'll find that
they're more than just tough talk and hard edges; they're actually quite
thoughtful and emotionally perceptive. They definitely have a softer side that
most people don't see.
Nicholas Calliope (INFJ)
Hmm,
well, as someone who's fairly familiar with the ESTJ type, I can say they can
certainly be a bit intimidating at first glance. They tend to have a direct and
even abrasive style when communicating which can make them come off as
confrontational and insensitive. However, once you get past that initial
friction, there's often an incredibly loyal and thoughtful person underneath,
with a unique perspective to offer that isn't always appreciated at first.
