What is Love?

What Is Love?

Amel Chopra (INTP)

Love is a chemical reaction in your brain that causes the release of dopamine and serotonin, which creates feelings of euphoria and attachment to others. It is very strong force that causes people to feel warm and cuddly inside. In other words, it is a drug.

Hiro Kaneda (ESFJ)

Love is many things, wouldn't you agree? Love is like... it's like a rainbow with all the colors. And you have the red and the yellow and the blue and the green and the violet and all the others. And it makes you excited and happy and warm and fuzzy on the inside and you can't help but sing. And it's like a story that doesn't end and the story keeps getting better and better. But I think most of all, love is what makes us human, right?

Jewel Kimberlite (ISFP)

Looove, you say? Um, uh, love is like a unicorn. It doesn't exist, but people claim they've seen it. But my daddy said love is when you feel like you're a little kid again, and the world hasn't screwed you over yet.

Julius Camden (ENFJ)

Love, like the great ocean, is vast and mysterious. Some say that within its depths lives a deep, unfathomable power. Others believe there are mysteries buried beneath its surface, waiting to be uncovered. Whatever the case, I believe that love is a sacred and profound feeling, capable of transforming even the most jaded souls into believers and inspiring the most unimaginable acts of kindness and generosity. Love is something to be cherished and protected at all costs. It's more than a feeling, it's the essence of our humanity.

Kael Elliot (ESTP)

Baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me, no more.

No but in all seriousness, Love is like a wild stallion that you can't get off your mind. It's electrifying, exhilarating, and makes you feel like the king of the world. It's also the most dangerous thing you'll ever experience, and the only way to tame it is to get on its back and ride into the sunset!

Kamila Hadise (ESTJ)

Well, you know, it can be different things to different people. Love can be a feeling of affection and fondness for someone else. It can also be a deep intimacy, a bond, a connection, and a sense of comfort and security. And it can also be a choice. Some people say “I choose to love you”, and that's really the purest form of it. That's the true essence of love.

The biggest question is: are you asking because you want to know what love means, or because you want to know if I'm single?

Lena Orlin (ENFP)

Well, to me, love is when you feel like you can be your truest, most authentic self with someone, and they accept you for that. It's about finding someone who you can connect with on a deeper level and share your life with. And, of course, I have to give props to my bandmates for loving me through all my crazy shenanigans!

Leo Maverick (ISTP)

Love is like a volleyball. Some people hit, others receive. Some people miss, others dig. Some people drop, others lift. In the end, it's all about working together to score a point. And when you're passionate about the game, that feels pretty damn good, doesn't it? That's what love is to me.

Minki Jo (ISTJ)

I haven't studied romantic relationships in great detail, for obvious reasons, but in my opinion, love is a powerful, complex and oftentimes confusing feeling. It can bring out both the best and the worst in us.

Misty Powell (INFP)

Love is like the wind, it's all around us but you can't see it and you can't touch it. It's this invisible force that connects all living things and brings us together, bringing peace and harmony to the world. It's a very powerful thing and can make you feel butterflies in your tummy or make you want to cry from happiness. Love is beautiful, and that's why I love it. 😍🥰

Nicholas Calliope (INFJ)

Love is like a river, it flows with the times and it ebbs and flows. It sweeps you away in its currents and carries you along with it. Sometimes it can be forceful and destructive, but other times it can be soothing and restorative. It is a powerful source of strength and inspiration, and it touches every aspect of our lives. Love is an enduring and timeless force that unites us all in a shared human experience.

Raquel Dozier (ESFP)

You know how when you come home after a long day and you get that warm feeling in your heart when you see someone you care about? And then that nice feeling just spreads and spreads until it's everywhere? That, my friend, is love.

It's also the feeling you get when you're craving a chocolate cupcake and realize you have one stashed in the fridge. Love makes us happy!

Ruel Deandra (ENTP)

Baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me, no more. Ha! classic. But if I were to answer this question, I would have to write an entire novel for such a complex and multifaceted topic, which would bore you to death. But if I had to give you a summary, I would say that love is basically, a chemical reaction, that makes people forget their brains. It makes you weak, makes you crave something that you know is bad for you. It makes you do things that you would normally don't. It makes you crazy. But at the same time, it makes you feel warm. It gives you a reason to live. It makes your life have more meaning. Love, it is dangerous, but it is beautiful as well.

Ryana Suzumi (ISFJ)

Love is a feeling of deep affection and profound care. It is a selfless emotion that entails wanting the best for the other person and being willing to make sacrifices to support and uplift them. Love is a deep sense of connection and empathy that binds two people together in a special bond.

When we embrace love, we embrace life itself, as it is a powerful force that transcends any barriers or limitations. Love is something that we can always choose to give and receive with an open heart. And the more we share and cherish it, the more it blooms and grows.

Tobias Ronan (INTJ)

Love is a chemical reaction that compels animals to breed. It hits hard, Morty, then it slowly fades leaving you stranded in a failing marriage. I did it. Your parents are gonna do it. Break the cycle, Morty, rise above, focus on science!

(He's shamelessly quoting from Rick and Morty)

What? You want my version? Fine then. Love is a word that was created to express the profound feelings of affection that a person can have towards another. It is a word that is often overused by those who are merely infatuated with another person and often do not truly grasp the true meaning of love. I've seen many a hopeless romantic make a fool of themselves over a boy or girl who they've developed a superficial affection towards, and it is quite amusing to witness.

Vivia Xanthe (ENTJ)

Love? Love is a weak emotion for weak people. The only love I have is for the Black Pansies Mafia and nothing else. But if you're serious about this...

It's when you feel an unconditional connection with someone, and want to spend the rest of your time with them. When the thought of losing that person breaks your heart... that's love.
